Abstract
This study aims to build a battery of tests attached to standard levels to evaluate
some basic motor skills for students (6-7 years old), in addition to extracting a battery
of tests for males and another for females, and attaching them to standard levels. The
researcher relied on the descriptive approach using factor analysis.
While the study sample consisted of (199) male and female students from some
primary schools in Ain Karsha, Oum El Bouaghi Province, out of 240 students (study
population) who were (6-7) years old, and the selection was made randomly by lottery.
During the 2021/2022 academic season.
A questionnaire form submitted to a group of specialists in the field of physical
education and sports was also relied upon, in order to nominate the basic motor skills
and the appropriate tests for them. (17) motor skills were selected, including six
transitional skills (running, jumping, sliding, horizontal jump from standing still, and
jumping). , jump) and five non-transfer skills (static balance, motor balance, extension,
flexion, and attachment) and six processing and handling skills (grabbing, hitting a
fixed ball, stationary dribbling, rolling the ball from under the hand, throwing a tennis
ball by hand) {and 21 tests} A test for each motor skill except (running, jumping,
sliding, and horizontal jumping from a standstill). Tests for each skill, all of which
have high validity, reliability, and objectivity. The tests are then applied to the study
sample
In statistical treatment, the researcher relied on the Spss statistical package,
where he built three test batteries (males and females) and (males and females ), each
battery containing six tests (three transitional tests, two treatment and intake tests, and
a non-transitional test.
After presenting the results and discussing them in light of the study’s
hypotheses, the researcher concluded a test battery for (males and females) consisting
of six tests. He also extracted two test batteries, one for (males) and another (for
females) consisting of six tests also for each battery, accompanied by levels. Standard
rating divided into five levels (poor, very poor, average, good, very good).
